MEET MIKE

Mike Ronchetti is a partner in ActionCOACH ONE and has more than 40 years of successful business ownership, operations, and leadership. His ownership successes include light manufacturing, sales, communication and marketing technologies, and value-added reselling. Throughout his career, Mike has led award-winning training and education leadership programs for various organizations including the American Marketing Association, Project Management Institute, and the International Association of Business Communicators.

Mike graduated from St. Thomas University and has an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Alaska. Mike lives in Mishawaka, Indiana on the St. Joseph River with his wife, Becky, two cats, a pontoon boat, and an RV. He has a grown son who lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife and first dog.

Mike, a fifth-generation business owner, is passionate about helping people leverage their strengths to improve business performance. He believes the key to a person’s success is the result of balancing the burn-up of time and energy in business, and not the burn-out of personal life and family relationships. Mike understands that in any business it’s the goal to help others succeed that results in our own success.

Mike enjoys giving back to the community and serves as a Business Ambassador at the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the South Bend Region Chamber of Commerce.
